The QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion, part of the More, Faster: The Action for Health Build, the largest healthcare infrastructure project in Nova Scotia. 

In my role, I ensure that design workflows run smoothly, leveraging a suite of advanced technology tools, including Revit, dRofus, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Content Catalog, and Opening Studio. I coordinate between multiple disciplines to facilitate seamless integration, efficient data management, and accuracy in all stages of design and construction.

This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that BIM processes and tools are effectively utilized, ensuring coordination excellence in this complex, large-scale healthcare project.

Serving as the Model Manager for a mixed-use development, I led Revit model setup and maintenance, overcoming challenges in BIM 360 hosting and model exchange. My success in implementing the IFC format ensured efficient data exchange between Archicad and Revit.

Humber Cultural Hub Project

In my role as the Mechanical BIM Lead for the Humber Cultural Hub, I navigated BIM 360 collaboration challenges, ensuring seamless coordination for diverse projects. My focus on quality assurance and proficiency in specialized Revit family development contributed to the project's success in a complex BIM scenario.

St Paul Hospital Project

As a BIM Coordinator, I established and maintained a robust Revit model for accuracy, troubleshooted issues to ensure a seamless environment for the design team, contributed to specialized Mechanical equipment families, and coordinated collaborative linking strategies for architectural, structural, and MEP consultants, streamlining the project into fewer models for efficiency.

Metro Center Redevelopment

As a Point Cloud Specialist for Metrocenter, my role involved navigating challenges in Laser scanning integration and Revit modeling. Overcoming data processing limitations, I contributed to the creation of a Revit model with existing and new systems.

Union Park PH1

In my role as Model Manager and BIM Coordinator, I successfully navigated a project that delivered 3.3 million sq. ft. of office space, 800 residential units, 200,000 sq. ft. of retail, and green spaces, encompassing 2 office towers, 2 residential towers, and a podium, totaling 10 M&E models. Leading model setup and maintenance, troubleshooting, and specialized Revit family development, I overcame challenges in BIM 360 hosting, utilizing an alternative drive for effective model data exchange. Additionally, my role as a liaison ensured seamless communication between Project Managers and technicians. Through adaptability and effective communication, I played a crucial role in the successful coordination of this mixed-use development project, facilitating the completion of the 40% SD submission and ensuring a smooth project progression.
